All current BGC team members are full time, salaried employees. As BGC has grown, we’ve made every effort to make this a final destination for our employees, and believe that the benefits package should always be looked upon as a way to show that we are dedicated to the long term success of our team members.
Benefits at BGC include a 401(k) with Employer Matching as well as a Short Term Disability and Life Insurance Policy. Additionally, BGC covers the individual 100% with a Health Insurance Plan. This encompasses Health, Dental and Vision coverage for the individual. We also offer an upgrade option to a Premium Plan, as well as extending coverage to families and spouses with a “pre-tax” option.
BGC has a comprehensive Bonus Package, and we round out our benefits package with a Personal Time Off plan and paid holidays to give us very competitive benefits compared to our competition.
