Construction of a new automotive sales and service facility. This 10,000 sf Sales and Office area consists of concrete slab on grade, structural steel frame, masonry and light gauge metal exterior walls and built up roofing. The exterior walls of the Showrooms consist of storefront system from floor to an overhanging soffit. The exterior finish of the metal stud walls is E.I.F.S by Dryvit while the masonry walls are painted. Interior finishes include acoustical tile ceilings, painted drywall walls and carpet and tile floors

Bomanite concrete is used as a floor finish in the Showrooms where vehicles are displayed. Below the Service Area is a 21,000 sf lower level vehicle storage area consisting of concrete slab on grade and concrete exterior walls. A pre-engineered metal building is used to house the Service Area, Wash Bays and Parts Department that total 21,000 sf. The floor of these areas is concrete over structural steel framework. Above the Parts Department is a Mezzanine Level Mechanical and Parts storage area.
