Arundel Lodge

Arundel Lodge

The building has been carefully designed with accessibility, circulation and natural light in mind. The Administration office is located to create a strong visual connection with the main entry. A high ceiling, multi-purpose space has been incorporated into the building and can be separated from the main building when necessary during non-facility hours. A commercial kitchen supports this multi-purposes space.

Through value engineering, the design team maintained design integrity and provided an affordable budget. Materials selected for the project included a concrete masonry veneer around the base of the building, comprising approximately 70 percent of the exterior surface; metal wall panels, asphalt roof shingles and aluminum trim. Exterior canopies constructed using hollow tube grids were also incorporated on the exterior facades.

“The term ‘blood, sweat and tears’ has been seen by myself and the staff is some of the B-E-S-T in the business! Never once did I question that their focus was on my satisfaction.”
