This building is structural steel and wood truss construction with a split-face block exterior. Gardiner & Gardiner also executed all site work to include curb, gutter and sidewalk in addition to a 40-car parking lot. Storm water management was achieved with the installation of four underground trenches. The pre-cast water table feature installed at the building’s base adds to the overall aesthetics of this classic building.
