BB&T Bank

BB&T Bank

The goal of this project was to supply a new bank branch with modern conveniences while preserving the historical look of the residential neighborhood. Gardiner & Gardiner rose to the challenge by successfully demolishing and rebuilding the interiors of three 70-year old row houses and seamlessly connecting these structures.

To provide the bank with adequate parking, a garage and surrounding house were demolished and removed. Additionally, Gardiner & Gardiner skillfully addressed bio-retention and storm water management issues on this constricted site with close proximity to the bay.
