Conversion of an existing 2,960 sq ft street level office space into a full service restaurant. This was the second local project completed for this concept based in Boston. The space was completed with reclaimed barn wood throughout and high end tile finishes. The biggest challenge with this project was adding a second means of egress while maintaining the existing concrete structure and optimizing the space plan.
