The Calvert Gateway project was completed early 2011 by G&G for Gardiner Realty in Dunkirk. Project consisted of two buildings each 20,000sf in size Mixed Use buildings. Built using conventional construction with brick, block, structural steel and a mix of TPO/standing seam roofing. The buildings were built as flex-buildings that give future tenants multiple options on how the fit outs are completed. Conventional buildings featuring Structural Steel & Masonry construction.
