This was a design/build project meeting the program established by the Baltimore County Department of Public Works in conjunction with the Baltimore County Fire Department. The fire facility is a 9,000 SF pre-engineered metal building structure with two central drive-through bays, sleeping areas, kitchen, learning/meeting rooms, office, PT facility and fire equipment rooms. The apparatus bays are equipped with oversize overhead doors and an exhaust ventilation system.
