Washhaus Car Wash

Washhaus Car Wash

The Washhaus Car Wash is a state-of-the-art 6,160 square foot single-tunnel facility which is constructed on approximately 1 acre of land. The design, construction, and even the on-going operation of this facility, were undertaken with protection of the environment in mind. A pre-engineered metal building, which contains a large amount of recycled metal, was used as well as other environmentally responsible items such as tankless hot water heaters, automatic light sensors, low E glass, and solar shading. The state-of-the-art “soft touch” car wash equipment allows for multiple environmentally responsible features including the use of unheated water, the use of less water than traditional touchless facilities and the recycling of almost 100% of all water used. The equipment features as well as the items listed above reduce both energy and water consumption.
