Project Assistant Description:
– Assist Owners, President, Project Managers, Marketing dept.
– Assemble printed Pre-Bid Marketing materials
– Minute Taking and Transcribing Notes and Letters
– Updating project plans/marketing documents/lead sheets
– Write and Edit Project Descriptions for print materials and website
– Develop presentations and various communications
– Schedule Meetings, Copy, Fax Documents as needed
– Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-2 Years of Office Experience
– Excellent Knowledge of Excel/Word/PowerPoint
– Highly Organized, Multi-Task, Team Player
– Sense of humor – we like to laugh here!
– Actively seeks out work
– Ability to keep information organized and confidential
– Marketing, Creativity, Analytical Skills a plus
