- Simultaneous build-outs of three separate food tenant spaces in downtown food court, Market Galley, Market Commissary, and Lee’s Ice Cream.

- Fire restoration, structural upgrade, and full historic renovation of a 3,711 square foot residential and retail building in downtown Annapolis.

- Chart House Restaurant
- Full scale renovation of unique properties in New York, Georgia, and Virginia, while all project_locations remained open. The Savanna Chart House remodel was the most interesting historic build to date, being that it is the oldest masonry building in Georgia.
