- Bubba Gump Shrimp Company
- Complete demolition of the existing Philips restaurant space at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and construction of Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. New MEP systems, complete commercial kitchen, two full-service bars and numerous themed seating areas were provided. Project also consisted of new restaurant entry’s from the mall and harbor as well as a 35ft mural within the mall.

- The Original Pancake House
- The Original Pancake House was a tenant fit out of a 4,955 square foot restaurant built in an existing strip center located in Falls Church, VA. The Original Pancake House restaurant was built using mid-grade finishes consistent with the current standards in this chain. The project started with a bare shell and included all new interior wall framing, ceilings, floors, Electric, Plumbing and HVAC.

- The Chesapeake Montessori School comprised of a 10,500 square foot ground up additional facility that housed a library, classrooms, administrative offices, and infrastructure; it is located in Annapolis, MD.

- Tenant fit out of a 5,000 square foot restaurant.

- Tenant fit out of four offices totaling 9.800 square feet.
