Bubba Gump Shrimp Company
Complete demolition of the existing Philips restaurant space at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and construction of Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. New MEP systems, complete commercial kitchen, two full-service bars and numerous themed seating areas were provided. Project also consisted of new restaurant entry’s from the mall and harbor as well as a 35ft mural within the mall.

The Original Pancake House
The Original Pancake House was a tenant fit out of a 4,955 square foot restaurant built in an existing strip center located in Falls Church, VA. The Original Pancake House restaurant was built using mid-grade finishes consistent with the current standards in this chain. The project started with a bare shell and included all new interior wall framing, ceilings, floors, Electric, Plumbing and HVAC.
