Description:
The Original Pancake House was a tenant fit out of a 4,955 square foot restaurant built in an existing strip center located in Falls Church, VA. The Original Pancake House restaurant was built using mid-grade finishes consistent with the current standards in this chain. The project started with a bare shell and included all new interior wall framing, ceilings, floors, Electric, Plumbing and HVAC. Roof joists were reinforced to accommodate new commercial RTU’s. The project included a 1,700 square foot commercial kitchen.
