During this project, BGC | G & G demolished an existing commercial building in Eastport to build a new brewery and pub. While salvaging the existing front façade and Masonry walls of the old building, BGC incorporated new wood framing to complete the building envelope. Included in the project is a second story with high vaulted ceilings, to accommodate a second floor office and the height necessary for the brewing equipment. This project is only about two months in, but the roof trusses will be set and the building dried in the next two weeks and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing rough in work will begin on the interior soon.
