We have an announcement. Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham is estimated to open in Summer of 2020! This soon to be five story, 79 room hotel in Gambrills, Maryland is under construction. The final product will include an indoor heated pool, queen singles, double queen and queen suite accommodations. In addition, a business center and fitness area will be included in the design. Builderguru is getting ready to set giant concrete planks for the second floor. The elevator pit is in place and BGC | G & G has started to set ICF(Insulated Concrete Form) walls and steel on the first floor. Stay tuned on the progress in Gambrills…
