BGC | Gardiner & Gardiner completed the shell of this design build project at 51 Franklin Street in downtown, Annapolis. Originally a medical office space, our team along with Gate One Builders and Fourth Street Design transformed the complex into a luxury condominium building, offering 9 single floor units. Owners also have a rooftop terrace with views of the water and Church Circle.
