Beyond/Hello was a tenant fit-out project that included a full interior and exterior renovation of a former freestanding restaurant with midgrade finishes. The new building included bringing the building up to current life safety codes and upgrades to the electrical service with backup generators and HVAC upgrades. In addition, increased security protocols were set in place per the client's specifications. The project was completed from start to finish in 6 weeks per the client's request.
