BGC Gardiner and Gardiner has shown they can travel and work anywhere! This is certainly apparent in the new single story ground up medical cannabis dispensary project located in Dickinson, North Dakota. The first objective was to use a vacant lot and turn it into a parking space by pouring concrete across. In this area of the US, concrete is readily available due to the cold temperatures. BuilderGuru then teamed up with Grassroots and John Bradshaw to create an exceptional space to serve medical patients. The company also installed frosted windows with bullet proofing film, which was a prerequisite from the North Dakota Cannabis Commission. The fluctuation of weather including about 11 inches of rain in 9 days and snow, made for an interesting experience. The finished product turned out beautifully.
