Outdoor Room Store was the second tenant fit out in the Severn Village business complex. BGC | G&G constructed four interior walls and a polished concrete floor. They created a show room, bathroom, office, and on site storage room. Also included was a built in kitchenette, as the business showcases outdoor refrigerators, sinks, grills, furniture and more. The open air ceiling sprayed black with hanging pendant fixtures, completes the space. All components of the build offer an ideal space to display floor model equipment and furnishings for outdoor entertaining.
