After an unfortunate fire in late 2017, leaving approximately 23 of the units in need of a gut and complete remodel, BGC | G&G stepped in to assist the Severn House HOA. The exterior was still intact, so BuilderGuru Contracting Garinder and Gardiner worked with each tenant on the fit out work and interior finishes including: appliances, cabinetry, buit-ins, kitchen and bathroom tile, flooring, and layouts throughout. Everyone involved in this project is thrilled to see home owners transitioning back into their units.
