This project includes adding an exterior space for sports and fitness activities above an existing parking garage. BuilderGuru | Gardiner & Gardiner also completed a renovation of the parking space below the court. This job included new elevated concrete slab, concrete stairs, fencing and screening, new concrete retaining walls, new storm drainage and exterior lighting.
