Summit School

The Summit School

The stem lab was built on top of an existing elevated patio. A new finish slab was added with separate covered emergency egress stairs. A new engineered metal framed structure and roof was tied into the existing metal building. New metal roof was installed with Structural Insulated Panels (SIP’s) as a substrate. Exterior was constructed to match the surrounding buildings. Interiors received a polished floor with open ceilings to expose the structure. Suspended ceiling with open grids to control sound. Polished concrete floor, new built in work stations.
