The Golf Club at South River project started with a 4,560 SF Cart Barn addition to their existing maintenance building. That allowed them to move all of their golf carts out of the lower level of the clubhouse for expansion and renovation efforts to begin. The clubhouse included additions on either side of the existing building totaling 9,000 SF. Additionally, another 8,820 SF of renovations of the existing clubhouse took place. All new gymnasium, massage room and locker rooms equipped with showers and steam saunas. Upstairs the Bistro kitchen underwent renovations and expansion, bathrooms were remodeled and the Great Room was constructed. Great Room was constructed with Douglas Fir heavy timbers, old growth Heart Pine and a real stone chimney/fireplace.
