During this project, BGC | G&G collaborated with L2M Architects to design the tenant-fit-out, which totaled 2,962 square feet. For clients who visit The Social, which is located in Severna Park, an open floor plan creates a warm and comfortable environment by providing them with plenty of natural light. BGC | G&G moved the main bar in order to provide a more open floor design and to provide extra seats for customers. In addition, all of the flooring in the restaurant was renovated, ranging from tile to hardwood throughout.
