Lately, our team had the opportunity to take some closure shots of our finished jobs, Bella Salon Bethesda and Panera Bread Rockville. At completion, the fit out at Bella Salon was a total of 2000 square feet. BuilderGuru | Gardiner & Gardiner worked with owner Demetrios Batifa and Saul Architects on the build. It was a complete demo and rebuild of an existing salon. The company achieved the addition of high end materials and fixtures with an extremely challenging twenty day schedule. An outdated salon was transformed into a modern showroom with a beautiful final presentation.
With Panera Bread Rockville, a total store refit, led to removing all existing millwork, flooring, tile, and the service line. Rewiring all electrical, adding lights, and service outlets, was crucial during the development. In addition, the company performed re plumbing of the espresso bar and restrooms, installed new flooring and tile in walls and floors, and new mill-work in service areas. Lastly, the store was repainted and soon after, available to the public. All work was accomplished in 18 days from closing to reopening. This project goes to show that even if BuilderGuru |Gardiner and Gardiner has a rapidly approaching deadline, the work is just as thorough, thought out, and the presentation is as impressive as other projects, if not more.
