BGC | Gardiner & Gardiner continues to work with Bay Village Assisted Living LLC and Grand Architects, P.C on the fantastic new construction project located off of Forest Drive in Annapolis, Maryland that will offer new options for the elderly community.
The next stage of the assisted living development is full steam ahead. The painters are actively working daily and the storefront doors have been installed. Cabinetry, flooring, and electrical installs are advancing towards completion. With an estimated closing date in the fall of this year and about 70,000 square footage above ground, this retirement community is going to be a beautiful new living space for some of the older population in Annapolis, Maryland.
