The Severn House is a condominium complex in Eastport, Annapolis. In late 2017, an unfortunate fire took place, leaving approximately 23 of the units in need of a gut and complete remodel. Fortunately, the exterior was still intact and BGC | G & G was able to take on this project and assist Severn House HOA. The last progress photos show some of the latest construction including installation of cabinets, doors, bathroom tile, & electrical. This rehab build will be finished in either late winter or early spring of this year. Residents will soon be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of Back Creek once again!
